Rocco Iacoviello is a partner of the firm of Mango and Iacoviello, LLP.  Mr. Iacoviello represents corporations, such as energy and construction companies, and individuals in a wide range of commercial and business related matters including deal negotiations, drafting contracts, advisement on legal issues related o operations and corporate litigation.  He also practices in the area of real estate, including lease negotiation and representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial title closings. 

Mr. Iacoviello heads the firm’s tort litigation practice which specializes in the representation of clients in State and Federal Court, arbitration and mediation in concentrated areas of personal injury and insurance defense law including premises liability, automobile liability, construction law, municipal law and other related matters.  Mr. Iacoviello has worked for several insurance and self-insured entities.  His practice areas also include insurance coverage opinions and litigation. 

Mr. Iacoviello represents several prominent Manhattan medical practices.  He also sits on the board of a number of charitable foundations including The Foundation of Orthopedics and Complex Spine and The Palermo Foundation. 

Mr. Iacoviello is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Columbian Lawyers Association.
