BOARD
The board is the main decision-making body and is composed of the Executive and Scientific Boards. The Board participates in the main decision-making process for the definition of policy and strategy, approving budget and accounting affairs as well as providing project leadership and expertise. Personal activity/responsibility is assigned to each member of the Board. The Board members act in the best interest of the Foundation and assume an active role in the shaping of the Foundation’s strategy, lend their expertise to the management of current affairs and represent the Foundation in their local /regional /national environments and strategically important professional bodies.
